The wait for authentic East Coast flavor is finally over in Vineyard after Fini Pizza celebrated its highly anticipated grand opening on May 2, 2026. The festivities kicked off with an 11 am ribbon-cutting ceremony where a significant turnout of residents and community members lined up to experience the brand’s authentic NYC flavor and explore a new space. Adding to the excitement, Kevin Love of the Utah Jazz attended the opening, even getting behind the counter to help serve slices and welcome Fini to the neighborhood.
Fini Pizza isn’t just “in the style of” New York pizza; it’s the real thing, right here in the heart of the Utah City development. As the first New York City-based brand to expand into the state, Fini is proving to locals what everyone in New York already knows — one bite, and you’ll get it. The expansion also marks a double win for the community with the simultaneous launch of Fini Cafe right next door. The new cafe provides a perfect complement to the pizzeria, featuring a selection of coffee, fresh pastries, and light savory items.
Beyond the food, Fini Pizza has arrived with a robust commitment to Vineyard’s local well-being through several unique community initiatives.
The “Clean Streets” program is already underway, with the shop installing and maintaining trash bins throughout the area to promote a tidier environment. For younger residents, the “Fini Reads” program now offers kids 17 and under a free pizza in exchange for reading three books in a month and providing a short summary of each. Looking ahead to June 6, 2026, the “Fini Hoops” program will launch at the neighboring court, encouraging local youth to engage in sports and stay active. Additionally, Fini Pizza is honoring our local heroes with a “Good Day Discount,” offering 25% off to first responders as part of their mission to support local safety.
