Vineyard residents looking for a meaningful way to get involved in the community have an opportunity to make a difference through Vineyard Cares.
Vineyard Cares is seeking two new volunteer members to join its Commission Board. The board helps guide the organization’s efforts focused on prevention, family connection, youth, and community building throughout Vineyard.
The Commission Board plays an important role in helping shape programs and initiatives that support Vineyard families and young people. New members will have the opportunity to bring their own perspectives, ideas and experiences to the organization while helping strengthen resources and connections within the community.
The positions are volunteer roles with a limited time commitment, making them a great opportunity for residents who want to become more involved without taking on a major ongoing obligation.
Those interested in serving on the Commission Board can apply through the Vineyard Cares online application. Applications will begin being reviewed after September 11.
