Boasting Utah’s second largest film studio and about a dozen major commercial clients, Enigma 3 Studio & Rentals is at the forefront of the state’s ever-expanding film and media industry. A one-stop equipment rental house complete with a 9000 square-foot sound stage, the studio is supporting local creators with high-quality resources and accommodating larger out–of-state companies flocking to Utah to film in its diverse landscapes.
The sound stage is equipped with a 1600 square-foot pre-lit cyc wall, a wireless sound system and a staging area. There are also three support rooms – a kitchen, dressing room and green room – with TVs for client and crew viewing.
For creators looking to film offsite, Enigma 3’s rental house offers the latest in cinema cameras from brands like Sony, Canon and Nikon. They can also rent lighting, grip, microphones, trailers, box trucks, underwater support, cinema robots and drones. Student camera packages are available at discounted rates.
Angel Studios was one of their most recent patrons and was actively filming when Vineyard Mayor Zack Stratton toured the facility this month to discuss their operations and their impact on the city’s economic growth. Some of their other clientele include Jeep, Netflix, The Chosen series and Panasonic.
From Westerns shot in Kanab to Sundance Film Festival in Park City to High School Musical at East High School, Vineyard may soon be able to count itself among the landmarks of Utah cinematic history.
